Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to third respondents to consider the petitioner's written representation dated 04.12.2021 and consequentially direct the first to third respondents to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent and remove the illegal encroachment created by him in the public cart track in Survey No. 195 of Uppukinaru at Karuppur Village.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction for consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with a prayer to remove the illegal encroachments created by the fourth respondent on the public cart tract track in Survey No. 195 of Uppukinaru at Karuppur Village.
2. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents submits that certain obstructions were made by placing stones on the aforesaid public cart track, as evident from page no. 31 of the typed-set, and the government has taken note of the same and instructions have been issued to remove the obstructions to clear that public cart track.
3. In view of the aforesaid, we are not required to issue notice on the private respondent, rather the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first to third respondents to see that no obstruction is permitted on the public cart track and if somebody had placed stones to obstruct the track, it should be removed within seven days from today.
4. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no orders as to costs.
