ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition directing her to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21049 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in the advanced stage of pregnancy and hence the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition to appear before the respondent police.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21049 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for the interrogation. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 26.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21049 of 2024 shall remain unaltered. Page No.2 of 4

5. Further, time to furnish surety is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
