Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in RC.No.Estt.III (1)/800/149173/2012 dated 27.11.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to revise and regularize the service seniority and give notional promotion with monetary benefits to the petitioner For Petitioners : Mr.A. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is an order against the petitioners in the Writ Appeal and the same is challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence, he prays that the writ petition may be closed with an liberty to reopen the same, subject to the out come of the Special Leave Petition pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
