PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 5 herein to consider the representation dated 02.04.2015 to survey and plant stones to the plot bearing

plot no 40G, Town survey No: 219 and 220 / 5A1A8 at Valatheeswaran Temple Street, Kanchipuram District. Measuring an extent of 4980 Sq. Ft.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present Writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to consider the representation dated 02.04.2015 to survey and plant stones to the plot bearing Plot No.40G, Town survey No: 219 and 220 / 5A1A8 at Valatheeswaran Temple Street, Kanchipuram District. Measuring an extent of 4980 Sq. Ft.

2. The Survey is to be conducted by the Tahsildar by following the procedures as contemplated through the Government orders. However, the petitioner has submitted an application in the year 2015 and it is not made clear, whether any action was taken during the pendency of the writ petition.

3. On account of the efflux of time, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application in a prescribed format by complying with the requirements. In the event of filing any such application, the competent authority shall consider and take appropriate action in the manner known to law.

4. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
