The petitioner/A2 has filed this petition to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.87 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalpet.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has been instructed by the Lower Court counsel that in C.C.No.87 of 2015, trial has been completed and A1 in this case was convicted and the other accused are acquitted.
