This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para (b) in Crl.O.P.No.28085 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28085 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024.., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
