ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to take appropriate action on the police complaint dated 07.01.2020 given by the petitioner to respondents 1 to 4 and to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to give proper remedy.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since some rowdy elements and antisocial elements putting barryguards on the pathway and caused obstructions. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the fourth respondent and thereafter, the said barryguards were removed, but, in favour, the said rowdy elements made the same obstructions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint dated 24.12.2019, CSR.No.402 of 2019 was issued. After enquiry, the said complaint was closed.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
