The petitioner has filed this writ petition to call for the records on the file of the respondents particularly in the proceedings of the fourth respondent in PR.No.50/H1/2009 dated 22.09.2009 and in the proceedings of the third respondent in Rc.No.1008/62820/H1/2009 appeal No. 01/H1/2010 dated 13.01.2010 and in the proceedings of the second respondent in Rc.No.37815/AP 3(3)/2010 dated 18.01.2011 and in the proceedings of the Page No.2 of 5

first respondent in GO (2D) No.55 Home POL V Department dated 07.02.2012 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away in the month of November 2023. Hence, he prayed this Court that the present writ petition may be closed.
