This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2022 pending on the file of second respondent to the file of first respondent or any other police station.

2. Heard Mr.D.Senthur Kugan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Ambattur, as against three accused persons and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.699 of 2023 and the case is posted for hearing on 25.03.2024 for appearance of the accused persons. 2/4

4. In the aforestated circumstances, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
