O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed seeking order to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.11249 of 2014 dated 12.10.2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 12.10.2017 in W.P.No.11249 of 2014 has been complied with.

3. In this regard, the District Elementary Educational Officer, Vellore passed an Order in Proceedings dated 31.07.2017. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that it is a temporary approval granted from 20.06.2011 to 12.04.2013 and no permanent approval has been granted.

4. With reference to the relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court passed an order on 12.10.2017. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondents have complied with the order. Permanent approval or otherwise for the subsequent years are subject to the other rules in force and therefore, this Court is of an opinion that the respondents have not committed any contempt of court for further continuance of the present contempt application.

5. In this view of the matter, the contempt application stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
