O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent filed the status report and submitted that three persons are claiming right over the disputed property and hence, on the letter given by the respondent, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruchengode has initiated proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., and conducted enquiry and came to the conclusion that the dispute is purely civil in nature and a Suit in O.S.No.7 of 2023 is pending between the parties. Hence, the respondent police closed the complaint of the petitioner and served the closure report through registered post to all the parties.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed and the petitioner is given liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 18.04.2023 Internet : Yes/No TK V.SIVAGNANAM , J.
