(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue Roja, aged about 16 years, to secure her daughter, who is said to be missing and to set her at liberty. 2.

The alleged detenue Roja is produced before this Court today. The petitioner is also present in the Court. 3.
