This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate departmental proceedings against the 3rd respondent based on the complaint dated 31.12.2019.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation dated 31.12.2019 made by the petitioner was considered and also passed an order by the 2nd respondent, i.e, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Police, EVR Road, Vepery, Chennai, rejected the representation submitted by the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
4. At the same time, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order and also directed to furnish the order copy from the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
