This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 12.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2233 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to release the rectification deed dated 19.08.2009 registered vide document No.1589 of 2010 forthwith.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2233 of 2019 has been complied with.
