This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.09.2022 passed in W.P.No.29660 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.09.2022, patta in patta No.4085 was issued in favour of the petitioner. To that effect, he has produced a copy of the patta before this Court.
3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view, that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/contemnor. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected sub application is also closed.
