ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of this Court order dated 28.06.2022 made in W.P.No.16058 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted before this Court that, as directed by this Court, in W.P.No. 16058 of 2022 the respondent has complied with the order of the Court and copy of the said proceedings dated 25.04.2023 have been placed before this Court.

3. Taking on record the proceedings dated 25.04.2023 and in view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, the contempt Petition is closed.
