ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 01.10.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai, dropping the proceedings in Crime No.236 of 2010 on the file of the 1st respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his counsel.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.236 of 2010 the 1st respondent filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai and assigned as C.C.No.360 of 2013. She would further submit that the petitioner has been acquitted and the case in C.C.No.360 of 2013 has been disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai by its Judgment dated 18.02.2019.

4.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
