2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/defendants. 3.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly this application is allowed. 4.There shall be a direction to the learned counsel for the plaintiff to effect substituted service by paper publication on respondents 1 to 3 in Malai Murasu Newspaper. The publication shall be effected on or before 08.02.2022 and the notice shall be returnable by 21.02.2022.
