This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.18139 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22952 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
