(The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph No.2 and 3 of the order section has been wrongly typed as "370 IPC" instead of "376 IPC" .

3. Considering the above submission, the offence mentioned in paragraph No.2 and 3 is ordered to be corrected as "376 IPC" instead of "370 IPC".

4. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.1026 of 2021 dated 09.02.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.

6. Time is extended for a further period of two weeks for 2/4

executing the sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of the amended Order.
