Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to conduct re-evaluation of the petitioner's answer sheets in the subject Physiology including Bio-Physics(Paper-I & Paper-II) in the first year MBBS examination November 2013(Supplementary) within a time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.(in WP.Nos.6055/13 & 2478/13). directing the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner to write the frist year MBBS supplementary examination to be held in February 2014 in respect of the subject Bio-Chemistry and Publish the result therefor along with other students who write such supplementary examinations (in WP.No.2477/2014).
directing the respondent authorities to conduct re-evaluation of the petitioner's answer sheets in the subjects General Surgery (Paper-I and Paper II), and Obstetrics Gynaecology & Family Welfare (Paper I & Paper II) in the third year Part II (final year) MBBS examination August 2013, within a time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court (in WP.No.185/2014.) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

When the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
