ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register the case against Mr.M.H.Abdul Khader, son of M.H.Hameed in respect of complaint pending in C.S.R.No.18 of 2015 dated 31.03.2015, on the file of the respondent police and to investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.18/2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.18/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
