This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23562 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
