(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 324, 379 of I.P.C. in connection with Crime No.1057 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as the offences registered against petitioner are bailable offence, this petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.

3. Taking into consideration of the fact that as the offences registered against the petitioner are bailable offence, this petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Hence, this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
