This Civil Revision Petition is of the year 2008. Eventhough, notice was sent to the respondent several times, service was not completed. Therefore, this court vide order dated 28.03.2019, permitted the revision petitioner to

substituted service in any 'Tamil Daily' widely circulated.

2. However, today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner reports no instructions. This revision petition is pending from the year 2008 and since, the revision petitioner has not taken any steps to proceed further with the case, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition.
