O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct investigation of the FIR in Crime No.1888 of 2015 under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC be transferred from the second respondent to any other competent agency for investigation and report in accordance with law.

2. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.1888 of 2015 is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police. Now, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted now.

3. However, considering that the crime is of the year 2015, the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.1888 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
