PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the Respondent No.2 to register a First Information Report pursuant to the complaint dated 12.03.2019 and further information provided in the letters dated 24.08.2020, 28.08.2020, 05.10.2020, 13.01.2021 and 29.07.2021 investigate the same.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.2 to register a First Information Report pursuant to the complaint dated 12.03.2019 and further information provided in the letters dated 24.08.2020, 28.08.2020, 05.10.2020, 13.01.2021 and 27.07.2021 investigate the same.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 12.3.2019 Thereafter, following it by reminders dated 24.08.2020, 28.08.2020, 05.10.2020, 13.01.2021 and 27.07.2021. Despite the same, the respondent police have not taken any appropriate action. The petitioner along with the complaint had furnished the details of the violations of trademark and using the forged trademark, the accused committed offenses. Despite the same, the respondent police have not taken any steps to seize the forged trademark articles and the illegal, cheated and misappropriated amount.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner received in C.No.157 of 2021, had been forwarded to the first respondent, the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed on 09.07.2021. Thereafter, another complaint was received in Crime No.1721 of 2021. After enquiry, the same was closed on 14.12.2021.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not aware about the enquiry, not called for enquiry and also no documents verified. He further submits that the responding police had not conducted any enquiry and the petitioner is also not aware of the closure of the complaint. 5.In view of same, the respondent police to serve the copy of the closure report with annexures if any, to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner to agitate the same in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
