This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to register FIR as per the order passed in CMP No.149 of 2017 dated 15.06.2017 by the learned Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur and take necessary action as per CRPC.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint registered on 15.06.2017 is closed.
