The learned Additional Government Pleader (CS) had filed a memo, which reads as follows:

"The above Second Appeal is filed against the order passed in C.M.A. When the matter came up for hearing on 27.06.2022 the learned Judge directed us to file a memo for conversion of present Second appeal into Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal as such no second appeal will lie against order passed in Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal.

In the foregoing circumstances the appellant prays that this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the Registry to convert the above Second Appeal as Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal and refund the excess court fee if any paid by the appellant and render justice." https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
