This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the complaint filed by the petitioner before the respondents police dated 13.04.2013 and proceed as per law within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed by the Inspector of Police, Marakkanam Police Station, Thindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District, on the ground that the enquiry is being conducted on the same facts before the Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell (ALGSC), Villupuram. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
