The present writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2017, in which the petitioner had requested the respondents 1 to 3 to grant the salary and other dues to the petitioner withheld by the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2017, on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
