This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2022 for allotting the residential house to her under the Perumbakkam Tenemental Scheme. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents, as on date.

In the event of producing the relevant documents, the petitioner's representation will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to allot the residential house to the petitioner under the Perumbakkam Tenemental Scheme, after conducting an enquiry by issuing due
notice to the petitioner as well as aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
