Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order dated 09.09.2008 passed in W.P.No.6713 of 2008 has already been complied with on 27.12.2010 itself. In support of the same, he has produced the copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.En.No.1774/A3/2008 dated 27.12.2010.
