Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.19656 of 2021 dated 22.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.8(d) of the order dated 22.10.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19656 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 22.10.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
