The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the relief sought for in W.P.No.13115 of 2009 has already granted to the petitioner in the month of December, 2009 itself. The learned Government Advocate has also produced a letter submitted by the petitioner to the Block Educational Officer, Marakanam to that effect.
