This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.18085 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, monthly once, i.e., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
