Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has no instruction from the petitioner to proceed with the case. 2.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
