Prayer: Contempt Petitions filed to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court by their wilful disobedience of their own undertaking given before the Hon'ble Court vide order in OA.Nos.984 and 985 and OA.Nos.986 and 987 of 2009 respectively in CS.Nos. 835 of 2009 and 836 of 2009 respectively dated 17.09.2009 as extended on 24.09.2009. ORDER
Though the Contempt Petitions have been filed alleging disobedience of orders of this Court dated 17.09.2009, the same were closed on an undertaking given by the respondents, by orders of this court dated 24.09.2009. However it is the allegation of the petitioners that there has been a violation as they have been removed from the membership contrary to the orders of this Court.

2. The learned counsel who had appeared for the respondents is no more and now the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they also have no instructions.
3. Considering the allegations of contempt have not been proved by submission or documents, the Contempt Petitions stand closed.
