These criminal miscellaneous petitions have been filed to modify the condition [b] imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.26365 & 26303 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022, that directed the petitioner "to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as an ESA grade Electrical Engineer and Contractor in Chennai and it is unable for him to travel daily 170 kilometres from his residence to the respondent police station and it also affects his day to day business activities, thereby, he prayed to modify the condition.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition [b] imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.26365 & 26303 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022, is modified as follows and the other conditions shall remain unaltered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
