2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on account of ill-health of the applicant, it was not possible to provide the bond within the time limit of 90 days. Therefore, the present application is filed.

4. Upon consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, I find that sufficient cause has been made out for extension of time. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the time for executing and submitting the bond as per the order dated 25.09.2019 in O.P.No.183 of 2016 is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
