Respondent Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue patta in respect of the property of land and building at Plot Nos.27, 28 & 29 measuring to an extent 3822 1⁄2 sq.ft. comprised in Old Survey No.8/2 Old Survey No.8/3 and Sub Division 8/3A1C situated at Thaalaiyatham Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District upon considering the application of the petitioner dated 22.12.2021 for issuance of patta within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondent to issue patta in respect of the property of land and building at Plot Nos.27, 28 & 29 measuring to an extent 3822 1⁄2 sq.ft. comprised in Old Survey No.8/2 Old Survey No.8/3 and Sub Division 8/3A1C situated at Thaalaiyatham Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District upon considering the application of the petitioner dated 22.12.2021 for issuance of patta within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Arivazhagan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.12.2021 and conduct enquiry after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, and pass orders to issue patta in respect of the property of land and building at Plot Nos.27, 28 & 29 measuring to an extent 3822 1⁄2 sq.ft. comprised in Old Survey No.8/2 Old Survey No.8/3 and Sub Division 8/3A1C situated at Thaalaiyatham Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
