ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in Ma.A.5.Mi.Thu.Na.Ka.No.475/2014 dated 12.09.2014 passed by the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been reinstated into service, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this Writ Petition and therefore, the matter has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
