ORDER
This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents 1 to 5 for having committed a contempt of orders of injunction granted in CRP.No.2509 of 2009 dated 25.08.2009 which was extended as per orders dated 17.09.2009 and 23.10.2009.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement in main revision petition in CRP.No.2509 of 2009 that the matter had been settled out of Court and therefore, the civil 2/5
revision petition might be dismissed as withdrawn. Recording the said endorsement, the main revision petition in CRP.No.2509 of 2009 was dismissed as withdrawn.
