This petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the FIR in Crime No.679 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent .

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who is appearing for the respondent has submitted that in the above case, after investigation, charge sheet has been filed and based on the same, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.550 of 2014 on the file of the Xth Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and after trial, the case was disposed of and the accused were acquitted on 14.03.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
