DECREE:- This Appeal coming up for heraing on Tuesday, the Sixteenth day of February, 2021 and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgment and decree of the Trial Court and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Arun Dhanapalan, Advocate appearing of M/s Dilaw Associates for the Appellant and of Mr.N.Subramani, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court having stood over for consideration till this day, doth order and decree as follows:- 1.

That the judgment and decree of the Court of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore at Ranipet, Vellore District, dated 09.10.2014 made in O.S.No.11 of 2009, be and hereby are confirmed and this Appeal Suit is dismissed; and 2.

That there be no order as to costs in this Appeal Suit. SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY Vellore District, Arakkonam Sub District, Arakkonam Taluk, Arakkonam Town Achama Naidu Kandigai is S.No.303/2A the house situated in the 1st Street in T.N.Nagar.
