The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 4 & 5 to consider his representation dated 30.01.2017 and reminder dated 23.03.2017 to measure the boundaries bearing Survey No.12/1A, 12/1B, 12/1, 12/2 situated in Sathapadi Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District as per the Revenue Records and pass orders within a time frame.

2.Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders in accordance with law within a time frame. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.01.2017 and 23.03.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
