PRAYER : Criminal Revision is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the guess of enquiry. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Karthikeyan For Respondent : Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, APP.
ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, perused the materials available on record.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent reports that on receipt of the complaint, the respondent police conducted the investigation and registered a case in Crime No. 579 of 2021 and the petitioner has been arrayed as accused.
4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
