A perusal of the earlier orders passed by this court shows that on 01.07.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner reported no instructions for the revision petitioner and therefore, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the revision petitioner and print the name of party or the counsel who enters appearance on her behalf after completion of service of notice and accordingly notices were sent. However, today ie., 12.07.2019, there is no appearance on behalf of the revision petitioner.

2. In the facts and circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
