ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.103 of 2011 from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other appropriate agency for investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that on completion of investigation in Crime No.103 of 2011, the 2nd respondent reporting that the case has been "Further Action Dropped" and no further action needs to be taken and filed an Action Dropped Report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tahsildar, Ulundurpet on 01.07.2011.

3.In view of the same, there is no necessity to transfer the complaint as prayed by the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the above case and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
