Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein to process the Application for subdivision Patta Transfer vide Can No. 0330413021252 and Application No.2020 / 0105 / 04 / 240512 dated 03.12.2020 for subdivision Patta Transfer from Joint Patta No.170 and issue separate Patta to the Petitioner for the lands comprised in S. No. 360 / 1A for an extent of 0.07 acres and S. No. 361 / 1B1A for an extent of 0.23 acres out of total extent of 1.41.57 Hectares of lands situated in Pernambut, Pernambut Taluk withina stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court (in WP.No.

1405/2021) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.A.RAVINDRAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.BALAMURUGAN Special Government Pleader on behalf of the 1 & 2 Respondents the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court, by an order dated 25.01.2021 directed the Tahsildar to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

twelve weeks and posted the matter for compliance.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents would submit that now the Tahsildar has passed an order granting patta in favour of the petitioner and the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
